Irvine, CA – August 28, 2012 – Seasoned professional photographer, Neal Clipper, owner of Abbey Photographers, LLC, used Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America’s professional photo printer during the Anthony Fasano Golf Classic tournament at the Montclair Golf Club in New Jersey.
Proceeds from the annual Anthony Fasano Golf Classic event went to REED Academy, a school providing highly individualized educational programs for children with autism spectrum disorders.
“The photography business is all about people. And it’s important to give back to the community when you can,” said Clipper. “Even though we’re here for the kids, I’m running a business and I’m always marketing to new clients. Events like this are perfect for us. We donate our photography services and provide framed keepsake photos for all in attendance. It lets us generate new event photography leads with a simple marketing label placed on the back of each photograph we donate. If the photo and frame are separated, our contact information stays with the photograph, ensuring potential clients will be able reach us when they need photography services.”
Traditionally, two Abbey photographers shoot the Anthony Fasano Golf Classic. One is stationed at the ninth hole taking the important celebrity shots with Fasano, tight end for the Miami Dolphins. The other travels around the course, capturing portrait photos of each foursome. “We shoot photos throughout the day and print them quickly, on-site, with the Mitsubishi Electric CP-9810DW high-speed, professional photo printer,” said Clipper. “We use Mitsubishi’s CK-9057-HG high-grade photo media because it produces sharp, brilliant photo prints. At this year’s tournament, we provided 200 5- x 7-inch portrait-style photographs – each one a lasting memento of the day and each one an effective marketing tool for Abbey Photographers.”
“Professional, on-site photos are an added value at an event like this,” said Clipper. “The value for the charity can be measured by the smiles and comments of the golfers as they pass by the photo table to retrieve their beautiful, framed, photo memories. Giving back to the community and successfully promoting Abbey Photographers’ with a simple, effective marketing label is a ‘win-win’ for all.”
“Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America is proud to be the vendor of choice for Abbey Photographers at the Anthony Fasano Golf Classic Tournament,” said James Chan, Vice President, Marketing, MEVSA. “We are especially delighted as Mitsubishi Electric and our employee volunteers have a long tradition of supporting organizations for kids with disabilities, such as autism, through the Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation.”
